Be Ready to Save a Life
Last year, we broke a Guinness World Record. This year, we’re aiming even higher: to train 1 million people in CPR by 2027—and we need you on the team.
On Wednesday 1st October, join our free, live, online CPR sessions. Each short, interactive session is led by a paramedic and runs every hour on the hour.
20 minutes is all it takes
No equipment needed—just your hands
Use a coat, pillow, or backpack to practise
We’ll also share fun resources for kids so they can learn—and teach their families too. (Content will also be available in Welsh). You’ll leave confident, ready to act, and able to pass on your skills.
Get Your School involved
We want to reach as many pupils as possible with lifesaving CPR skills. You can help by encouraging your child’s school to take part.
