The learning doesn't stop when the livestream ends! The Lifesaver Challenge encourages children and young people to take their new CPR skills beyond the classroom and share them with their families and communities.

What is Restart a heart Live?
It’s a public awareness live-stream event focused on teaching lifesaving CPR skills to as many people as possible!
Particularly aimed at schools but open to all. Last year together, we reached over 130,000 viewers – a big step towards our goal of training 1 million people by 2027.

2025 Recap
Primary schools made up the clear majority of participants (83.7%), supported by secondary schools, special schools, nurseries and FE colleges.
Participants extended beyond schools to include community groups, first responder groups, university accommodation teams and partner organisations.
